Payment data

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe and Klarna). We do not store full card details. Payment providers process payment data under their own privacy policies.

Where you choose Klarna payment methods, we may share contact and order details with Klarna so they can assess eligibility and provide payment options. Klarna processes this data in accordance with its privacy notice.

  • the grading companies you select (e.g., PSA, CGC, Beckett Grading Services (BGS)), and

  • couriers/shipping partners used for transit and delivery.

We may disclose information where required to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud.

Business transfers

If BLG is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
