ENHANCED COVER Insure a card for what it's really worth Standard cover goes up to the max value of your service. Add Enhanced Cover to any card for 2.5% of the value you want covered. It applies while your card is with us, in transit to and from the grader, and on the way back to you. While a card is at the grader, cover stays at the service's max value.

2.5% OF THE VALUE COVERED

Prices are per card unless stated and are in euros. They are confirmed on the order portal when you build your submission. Return postage is added at checkout. Turnaround times are the grader's internal grading time only and exclude shipping, customs and BLG processing. Every card is covered up to the maximum value of the service you choose, in line with our Terms of Service.

Slab cracking: £5 per slab. Not charged on the order portal; we'll send a separate payment request once we've received and cracked your slabs.

If a grader applies a Value Charge because a card's final graded value exceeds the selected tier's maximum, the submission moves to the appropriate tier and the applicable charge applies. Full details in our FAQs.

Your cards are only insured up to the limit of the return option you choose.

For example, if your order is worth €10,000 and you choose Tracked delivery (PostNL / DPD), only €500 is covered and €9,500 is uninsured on the way back to you. Enhanced Cover only applies to the return if you choose Malca-Amit secure courier.
