Do's & don'ts of submitting
Put each card in a clear penny sleeve inside a correctly-sized semi-rigid card saver.
Write your order number on the outside of the parcel and include it inside too.
Send with a tracked, insured postal service.
Pick the service tier that matches your card's realistic graded value.
Check your card names when the optional PSA review email arrives, so we can report errors before slabbing.
Don't use toploaders if you can avoid them. We accept them, but re-housing means extra handling of your card.
Don't tape sleeves or semi-rigids shut; residue can damage cards.
Don't send cards without ordering first on the portal.
Don't under-declare value; cover is capped by your chosen tier unless you add Enhanced Cover.
Already slabbed? We crack slabs too.
Submitting a card that's already in a slab? Send it as it is and we'll crack it out safely and prepare it for grading. And if a card comes back with a grade you're not happy with, we can crack the slab and resubmit it for another shot. Our team cracks slabs in-house with the right tools and technique, so your card comes out untouched.
Ask About Slab Cracking →Slabs are opened with proper technique, so your card never touches a blade.
No need to crack it yourself. Send the slab and we handle extraction and prep for your grading order.
We can crack the slab and resubmit the card for another shot at the grade it deserves.
Slab cracking isn't added on the order portal. Place your grading order as normal, and once we've received and cracked your slabs we'll send you a separate payment request for £5 per slab. The old slab and label are disposed of and aren't returned.
