We’re excited to announce that our EU office is officially open again for submissions starting 14th July!
As some of you may know, we recently transitioned our EU office to new ownership. While we had hoped for a smooth handover, there was an unexpected temporary closure for EU submissions. We’re pleased to say this has now been fully resolved.
New Contact Details
New EU email: eu@blacklabelgrading.com – Connor’s email is now inactive, so please use the new address above for all EU-related queries. You can also contact us anytime at info@blacklabelgrading.com.
New EU Address
The office remains in the Netherlands, but with an important improvement: you can now use any postal service of your choice to send your cards. Unlike the previous setup, there are no restrictions on couriers, giving you more flexibility and choice.
The address will be on our website and order platform on Monday 14th July.
What’s staying the same?
- Prices and the ordering process remain exactly the same.
- The same coverage rules apply for lost or damaged packages – please read our terms and conditions for full details.
What’s new?
- Only the postal address has changed.
- No drop-off service is available at this time, but we’re actively exploring options to reintroduce this later in the year. Keep an eye out for updates!

When can I start sending my cards again?
Submissions reopen from 14th July 2025.
Can I still use the same ordering process?
Yes! Nothing changes with how you place your order. Just be sure to use the new address provided at checkout.
Can I use any postal or courier service?
Yes. You’re no longer limited; any service you prefer is fine.
Is there a drop-off option?
Not at the moment. We are working on reintroducing drop-off services later this year.
What happens if my package gets lost or damaged?
